Christmas was pretty uneventful. We had originally planned on going to Chena Hot Springs that day, but when we got up, we realized that we just didn't feel like making the drive out there, especially since there was fresh snow on the roads. We did make the drive down to Clear AFB where Jim pinned James' new rank on! :)
Jim has been having a lot of sinus pain. He did a round of anti-biotics with no response. The dr. ordered x-rays (which came back negative) and scheduled an MRI for next Tuesday. As a precaution, he also put Jim back on steroids just in case he's developing another tumor in the area. Pray that it's just a really bad case of sinusitis.Will know more next week. On a good note, he's only got two more chemo sessions and will be done with this round of chemo on Jan. 9. We have to wait a couple of weeks to check and see if he is responding to the treatment, and if so, he'll have another round of chemo after we return from Mexico.
